Rural Economic Development Engagement
Yesterday evening JEDI was honored to participate in the roundtable discussions regarding economic development in rural Alberta with Associate Minister of Rural Economic Development Nate Horner.
JEDI Director of Economic Development Joan Miller is “pleased to see the Government of Alberta engaging with economic development organizations and rural Albertans to get valuable input on promoting the many attributes of doing business in rural communities. These discussions also provide an opportunity to be a voice in what areas are needing to be addressed to make rural Alberta more competitive in retaining and attracting new businesses and residents to our communities.”
